Sunken is back for our biggest and best season of parties yet. We're kicking off the AW23/24 series with the first of three unmissable events, One Love, on the 11th of November at The Grounds!

Let go and get your groove on as we host a flower-powered edition of Sunken. We want to see you turn out in your funkiest, brightest, hippy-chic threads for this one as we transform The Grounds into a psychedelic party playground for one night only.

One Love isn’t just another party; it’s a journey back to the days of flower power, good vibes, and free love, juxtaposed by the awe-inspiring, urban sophistication of The Grounds. One Love is the feeling we want to evoke from the moment you walk through the door and into a funkadelic paradise surrounded by like-minded party people. One Love will be our most high-production, immersive, exciting concept to date, taking place under the stars in the heart of Hong Kong. Get ready for an experiential party that's both nostalgic and novel.

Set on the picturesque Hong Kong harbour front at the foot of the iconic Observation Wheel, The Grounds is the perfect space to throw the most unique, most unforgettable party of the Autumn. From the moment you step into The Grounds, anticipate a vivid, immersive event filled with flower-powered decor, trippy visuals, a killer DJ lineup, unmissable photo opportunities, and a whole lot more in the groove.

All this, soundtracked by a mix of Funky House and Disco sounds from some of Hong Kong’s finest DJs to keep you moving and grooving all night.

What To Expect

Step into a groovy universe on the 11th of November. Picture flower-powered installations, LED visuals that play with your senses, and psychedelic backdrops perfect for those Insta-worthy snaps. Beyond the visuals, anticipate an adult playground where you can dance the night away to the infectious funky beat, soak in the vibe and relax in our chill zone, complete with free-to-use giant beanbags, enjoy drinks in the festival-style bar area, capture magic moments with friends, or just be.

4 Person Classic Pod - $250pp

Gather your crew and dive into the retro feels! Each Classic Pod hosts four people, offering cozy deck chairs, a table with a lamp, and a private picket fence setting.

4 Person Prime Pod - $350pp

Elevated style and comfort for you and your groovy crew. Pod hosts four people and offers B-Project sofa-style chairs in a great spot, complete with your own private picket fence setting.

4 Person Luxe Pod - $500pp

A prime location for groovers who want to show off their flower-power 'fit and enjoy the ultimate Sunken One Love VIP experience. Pod includes 1 x sofa and 2 x B-Project chairs.

2 Person Luxe Bed Pod - $500pp

Perfect for besties or couples wanting more space, our Luxe Bed Pods come with an ultra-comfy bed in an enviable location. Kick back and soak in the Sunken One Love experience with a touch of luxury.

The Venue

Nestled at the foot of the iconic Hong Kong Observation Wheel & AIA Vitality Park on the Central Harbourfront, The Grounds not only offers an immersive event experience but also boasts a lineup of top-tier production, service, VIP options, and of course those all-important food and beverage choices, all to be enjoyed with the mesmerising backdrop of the Hong Kong skyline.

The Grounds is a cashless event, you will need a debit or credit card to make purchases. American Express is our preferred payment method.

Outside food and beverage is not permitted at The Grounds. Guests are kindly asked not to bring any outside food and beverage to the venue as they will be asked to leave it outside the venue.

What Food & Drink Options Are Available?

At The Grounds, you’ll be able to enjoy sought-after culinary dishes from Basehall. Order on-site at the venue via a designated QR code located in your pod. Enjoy the city’s most sought after cuisines from the multi-concept food hall at Jardine House, without having to leave your seat.

You’ll be able to order a diverse menu of dishes from BaseHall’s vendors Kamcentre Roast Goose, Hot & Meen, Mashi No Mashi, MOYO, Ān Soy, Bengal Brothers, Wow Burger, Return of Lemak, benko by nüte, Co Thanh and more. You can have it all at The Grounds. Guests are kindly reminded that outside Food and Beverage is not permitted at the venue.

SEATING 座位安排

Pods are assigned on a first come first served basis within your pod type.

The management will, from time to time, reserve specific pods at their absolute discretion. Guests are reminded not to sit in a pod marked as RESERVED unless directed to do so by the staff, or guests will be asked to leave that pod and will have to find an alternative from what is available.

What If There is Inclement Weather?

The Grounds is an outdoor all weather venue. If The Grounds is unable to open due to inclement weather you will be notified in advance as early as possible. The session will be rescheduled for a future date and your ticket will still be valid.

In the event a session is officially cancelled, you will be able to avail of a transfer to a future session of your choice — subject to availability. To stay up to date, please check The Grounds social media @thegroundshk on Facebook & Instagram before departing on your journey to the venue.

Please note it is at the absolute discretion of The Grounds to determine what does or does not constitute as inclement weather. Unless publicly stated otherwise, your session will not be assumed cancelled. The Grounds session will proceed in the event of light rain showers.
