一年轉眼就過去，總結2022年就像過山車似，經歷高低起伏，渡過今年絕不容易，令我們堅持的，就是音樂，音樂是橋梁，把大家互通接通。除夕夜派對為答謝大家支持，宀帶來精彩的陣容，先於Queer界派對成名的Partok，今次從以色列特拉維夫遠渡香江，另有台灣 Smoke Machine 及 Organik Festival 其中一位核心成員Diskonnected。這兩位Panorama Bar 的常客均為國際級的DJ。宀三位的駐場DJ Youry、 Sunsiare及SAM Futura以B2B形式在當晚全力支持。

It’s hard to believe that another year has gone by already. What a rollercoaster ride it has been - we’ve been through the ups and downs, and we know it has not been easy. Music keeps us together, and it will continue to do so for as long as we remain standing. To thank all of you, we have prepared an incredibly special lineup. Announcing our New Year’s Eve guests: Queer scene heavyweight Partok, all the way from Tel Aviv, along with the creative mastermind behind Taiwan’s Organik Festival - Diskonnected. Two Panorama Bar regulars, both highly regarded and internationally beloved artists of the underground, Partok and Diskonnected come together to headline for an epic night, supported by our OG crew - Youry B2B Sunsiare and SAM Futura.

Partok

With a rich history of throwing queer parties and off-location raves, as well as being a long time resident of The Block, Partok is a Key figure in Tel Aviv’s night life.� Starting his journey from small Dark Wave parties in the early 2000s, Partok quickly became one of the city’s eminent DJs. Holding residencies in several clubs, including the notorious PAG queer parties where he played for 8 years on a weekly basis, creating a special language with the devoted crowd. Among his own club nights & projects in the city are the Audio/Visual parties Yod which wondered around town in a non-club locations, and the monthly colorful C.U.N.T. parties that became a staple in the city’s night life. Today he lives in Berlin where he plays regularly at Berghain and tours around the world with frequent visits to his home club, The Block. If it’s playing pick time at the Genosys stage at Glastonubury festival, closing Panorama Bar or diving head in to energetic sessions at Bassiani or Berghain, Partok’s always ready with his bag of phat sounds and sonic surprises. And always with tension, some mystery and emotion.

Diskonnected

Diskonnected is a Taiwanese DJ, the creative mastermind, and the lead DJ of the well-known Smoke Machine collective. He was a resident at the legendary Taiwanese club Korner. These days he is a resident at its successor, Pawnshop, and at one of Asia's leading venues, Hong Kong's famed 宀 club. Throughout his decade-long career, Diskonnected has been the foundational person developing, shaping, and sculpting the Smoke Machine sound and is the musical nucleus of the legendary Organik festival in Taiwan. A musical chameleon, and relentless explorer of new music, he has toured widely across Asia, Europe, and the USA, and played across the continents leading venues such as Berghain, Panorama Bar and Robert Johnson

SAM Futura.

SAM Futura spent the last decade shaping the sounds and scenes of South East Asia. Born in France, Sam moved to Hong Kong in 2014 where he helped build the community from the ground up through his music collective and booking agency Cliché Records. Along with three friends, Sam diversified and expanded HK’s underground, bringing fresh sounds to the city and the region. In 2018, Sam moved to Hanoi, Vietnam, where he opened and handled the artistic direction of Northern Vietnam’s first house and techno club Savage – a location which soon become a renowned dance mecca shaping the sound of Hanoi’s underground. Savage acted as a playground for this discrete artist to explore his sonic edges and experiment in intimate settings. Crossing paths some of his great influences - such as John Talabot, Mascaras and nd_baumecker - had a major impact on him and inspired his direction to where he is today. SAM Futura’s mixes are sonic explorations of 90s house, rave nostalgia and timeless energizing soul. Music is an outlet for this introspective artist to connect and communicate with listeners while sharing his mysterious and daring side. Sam FUTURA has played the region’s powerhouse venues including Beijing’s Zhao, Taipei’s Pawnshop and Saigon’s The Observatory, as well as local festivals Equation, Karma Konkrete and Sónar Hong Kong. There’s no doubt the scenes of South East Asia have influenced Sam as much as he’s influenced them. Catch one of his sets and you’ll notice a sense of adventure and curiosity, as though the endless summers and tropical nights have seeped into his DNA. In 2021, SAM Futura made the move back to the Fragrant Harbour, a city that has a special place in his heart, where he brings his signature sound and years of experience at the helm of South East Asia’s underground scene to 宀 club.

Youry

Youry was born in the late eighties in Antwerp in a background of the nascent EBM / Big Beat scene in Belgium. His father was a musician and Jazz producer turned entrepreneur, while his Chinese Cambodian mother gave him an Asian sensitivity. But he really caught his dance music bug when he saw Akufen playing at Montreal’s Stereo in the early nineties. Since then Youry became a vinyl addict, building up a meticulously categorised collection. His DJing career took off in 2015, setting foot at various clubs and festivals in Hong Kong such as Shi Fu Miz, Sonar and Acadana. Since 2018 he became a resident DJ at 宀 Club, widely regarded as the first venue in Hong Kong to be on par with the best clubs in the global dance scene. It is here that he earned the freedom to build up all night long eclectic sets. As the local situation gets more volatile, a party where people can feel free becomes more relevant than ever. The stakes are high, but Youry is determined.

Sunsiare

Sunsiaré, birthed Jean-François Amadei, is no new face to the East-Asia scene. A figure whose tastes have manifested themselves by way of the Hanoi based Savage Club - whose early days saw a slew of talent pass through the Vietnamese capital and prompted a resurgence of local electronic artists. JF is a natural born record digger, whose knowledge of what makes a dance floor move goes beyond the last decade and whose diverse collection begs for sonic exploration. Playing alongside such artists as Berghain’s Roi Perez, Boris & Barker, as well as DJ heavyweights like Gonno (JP) and Cormac, Amadei is not unfamiliar to the art of the mix. JF, whose hands are also behind the Homesick and FGHB labels, gave way to creative minds like Powder, Mr. Ho, Marquis Hawkes, General Ludd and LPZ. Both labels, whose outlets were dedicated to timeless reworks, can be seen riddled with Jf’s own influences. New pastures have led Jean-Francois to the recently minted Hong Kong-based 宀 club in 2018, in which he holds the utmost weight of talent buying for the clubs weekly programming of European imports, as well as local Hong Kongese as well as regional artists and DJs alike. A pillar for Hong Kong underground nightlife and a staple for any debaucherous dancer seeking audial refuge while in the city, 宀 has quickly become a backbone to an ever-blossoming dance floor community flourishing out of Asia and away from the Euro-centric grip of Dance Music’s recent past.
