Emery Fung is the Founder of Awkward Conversations - A HK-based Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Consultancy firm inspired by the founder’s own transition story in the workplace.

Emery helps corporates turn difficult (sometimes awkward!) conversations into powerful moments. In addition, Emery is a TEDx speaker, D&I Director at Gay Games HK, podcast host of ‘The Awkward Turtle At Work’. The podcast invites amazing humans who embody the values of DEI, to share their unconventional career stories.
