Artmalade is a gathering of artists and art enthusiasts where we celebrate creativity and showcase various forms of art on August 9, 2023
What is Artmalade?
A non competitive art battle crossed with an improv comedy/music night.
Live art?
Each event we randomly pair featured artists to create pieces of art in a short time frame, based entirely on suggestions from the audience.
Improv?
Throughout the evening audience members produce drawings that are used as the basis for an improvised comedy performance or 'artprov'. It is usually quite chaotic.
That it?
We also hold an auction at the end of the evening where you can get your hands on a unique affordable piece of art. The proceeds of which go back to the artists.
