FAQS

Am I allowed to bring my own food and drinks?

Sorry, no. Outside food and drink are not allowed at our event. But don’t worry, we'll have plenty of delicious options for you to choose from.

Is there an age limit?

In accordance with the law in Hong Kong, alcohol will not be sold or served to a minor under the age of 18. However, feel free to bring along the whole family and enjoy the all-ages entertainment. Please note, children under 12 are to be accompanied by an adult, and children under 6 years can enter for free.

What if it rains?

Our event is a rain-or-shine outdoor event. In the case that the event is unable to open due to severe inclement weather, you will be notified in advance and your ticket will be refunded. See terms and conditions for our refund policy. Please note that it is at the absolute discretion of the event what does or does not constitute inclement weather. Please do not assume the event is cancelled as you will not be refunded unless the event is officially postponed or cancelled.

Is there seating in the venue?

Some seating will be provided on a first-come-first-served basis. Guests are welcome to bring their own picnic mats or blankets to lounge on the grassy lawn.

What should I wear or bring to the event?

Come in costume, in your team jersey, or in your regular weekend attire. Join in the fun in your best rugby sevens outfits. Plus, feel free to bring:

• Sunglasses
• Sunscreen
• Picnic mats
• Cameras to take as many photos as possible! Remember to tag us at @hkowofficial
  
  Can I bring my own own sunshade or umbrella?

Yes. Guests may bring their own sunshade or umbrella. Please note that sunshades and umbrellas must be kept at a low height so as not to block other guest’s view of the stage. You may be asked to lower to take down your sunshade if it is obstructing other guests’ views.

Is the event pet-friendly?

Only licensed and harnessed service-animals are permitted at the event.

我可以自行攜帶食物及飲料嗎？

不可以。場內不允許攜帶外來食物和飲料。不用擔心，我們會提供許多美味的選供您選擇。

場地有座位提供嗎？

我們會提供一些座位，先到先得。賓客也可以自行攜帶野餐墊或毛毯，在草坪上休息。

參加活動應該穿什麼或帶什麼？

可以穿著服裝、隊服，或者平時的週末服裝。穿著您的國際七人欖球賽服飾來參加活動。此外，請隨意攜帶以下物品：

我可以攜帶自己的遮陽傘嗎？

可以。賓客可以自行攜帶遮陽傘。請注意，遮陽傘必須放在較低的位置，以免阻礙其他賓客觀看舞台。如果您的遮陽傘擋住了其他賓客的視線，我們可能會要求您將其降低或收起。

活動允許攜帶寵物嗎？

只有持有許可且戴著安全帶的服務性寵物可以進入活動場地。

Pre-event Concert:

To kick off the weekend, we are excited to welcome the renowned reggae band, The Wailers, onto the Community Stage on the Friday evening preceding the event. Tickets for The Wailers are sold separately, here.

Terms & Conditions

• Tickets can be purchased in advance online for $50, or on the door for $60.
• Ticket purchase includes one free drink, available at the on-site bar during operational hours. 
• Anyone under the age of 12 years will need to be accompanied by an adult over 18 years.
• Children under 6 years can enter free of charge with an accompanying ticket holder who is over the age of 18 years.
• 7s in the City is open from 10am – 10pm each day. There are no limitations on duration of stay for ticket holders. Re-entry is permitted with a valid re-entry pass. Ticket holders are required to obtain a re-entry pass upon exit of the event grounds. In the event of a lost, damaged, or stolen re-entry pass, a replacement will not be provided. 
• Please contact Zicket.co for group bookings or any other ticketing enquiries.
• The 7s in the City is held at the AIA Vitality Park behind the Hong Kong Observation Wheel. Please display your 7s in the City ticket at the entrance to get access.
• There are no allocated seats. Seating is on a first-come-first served basis.
• Ticket is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable and only valid on the printed date of the ticket.
• In the event of cancellation, face value of the ticket purchase price can be obtained.
• The event organiser reserves the right to alter admission prices without notice.
• Unless otherwise permitted by the event organiser, drone flying for any use is strictly prohibited in the Premise.
• From time to time the event organiser or other authorised parties may carry out photography and/or video recording and/or other monitoring within the Premise which may feature visitors. The event organiser reserves the right to use these materials in perpetuity in any promotional, advertising or publicity material in any format.
• The information on this website is meant for reference only. While the event organiser endeavours to keep the information published on this website up to date, the event organiser is not liable for any inaccuracies. Visitors are encouraged to refer to the Hong Kong Observation Wheel and AIA Vitality Park official Facebook and Instagram pages for latest updates.
• Visitors accept and agree that the event organiser may take and use your images or video recordings for commercial purposes.
