An Art March exhibition celebrating optimism, youth and the future

After his successful debut with “Ora-Ora” at Art Basel Hong Kong in 2024, Huang Yulong returns with a monumental sculpture exhibition featuring 20 giant sculptures. This one-of-a-kind outdoor exhibition will be set against the Hong Kong harbourfront at the iconic Hong Kong Observation Wheel & AIA Vitality Park. This exhibition celebrates optimism, youth and the future with his signature hooded figures gazing skyward.

Huang Yulong is a hugely popular, leading contemporary Chinese artist known for his unique fusion of hip-hop, street culture and urban commentary. He invites positive messaging through familiar symbols like the hoodie. His works reflect the evolution of street culture in China since the early 2000s.

Selected sculptures within this exhibition will also feature designs containing rugby motifs within the hoodies in celebration of the Hong Kong Rugby Sevens also happening in March. Dive into this artistic journey and capture stunning photos for your socials!
