a. 為收到由AIA以電郵發出報名邀請之現有客戶（於2024年12月17日已成為現有客戶）；或

b. 持有當日有效進入AIA「再想健康」空間的友邦嘉年華入場門票之訪客。
4. 合資格參加者按下「立即報名」後將被轉載到指定的第三方票務系統（Zicket）填寫個人資料以便進行預約程序。在取得閣下的書面同意下，有關個人資料可能會被用作直接促銷。有關更多AIA及Zicket使用個人資料以用作直接促銷的政策，請參閱AIA個人資料收集聲明及Zicket隱私政策。
5. 每場工作坊門票費用全免。每張門票限一人使用，並可作為當日友邦嘉年華入場門票使用（不含代幣）。入場時，請向在場工作人員展示工作坊預約確認電郵及/或門票上的二維碼進行簽到。
6. 請注意，工作坊期間拍攝的照片及影片可能會被AIA用作宣傳用途。

Notes:

2. All Workshop slots are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please register early to secure your spot. Online registration closes 15 minutes before each Workshop begins ("Cutoff Time"), based on Hong Kong time and AIA International Limited (acting through its Hong Kong branch)’s (“AIA”) records.

3. The Workshops are exclusively for selected persons as determined by AIA at its sole discretion. Such persons must meet the following criteria and register for the Workshop through the designated link before the Cutoff Time to be considered successfully registered as eligible participants ("Eligible Participants"):
a. Existing customers who have received registration invitations via email from AIA (Data as of December 17, 2024); or

b. Visitors who hold valid AIA Carnival admission tickets for AIA Rethink Healthy Zone access on the day.

4. After clicking "Register Now", Eligible Participants will be redirected to the designated third-party ticketing system (Zicket) to provide personal information for the registration process. With your written consent, the personal data may be used for direct marketing purposes. For more details on AIA and Zicket's policy for the use of personal data for direct marketing purposes, please refer to the AIA Personal Data Collection Statement and Zicket Privacy Policy.

5. Each Workshop ticket is free of charge. Each ticket admits one person and can be used as a same-day AIA Carnival admission ticket (tokens not included). Please present the Workshop registration confirmation email and/or QR Code on the ticket to the on-site staff for check-in.

6. Please note that photos and videos taken during the Workshop may be used by AIA for promotional purposes.
