Various products are named after verses from Li Bai's poems, and the fragrance and pureness of sake artfully present the harmony between nature and culture. Rihaku is not just an alcoholic beverage, but it is an important representation among the culture of Japanese sake.

3. About Asahi Shuzo – Sake Brand(s): DASSAI
Established in 1948 in Yamaguchi Prefecture, Asahi Shuzo and its brand name, "Dassai", are undoubtedly known by most people who have approached Japanese sake before.
