Lifeline Mental Well-Being Livefest #5

On 26th February 2023, Musicians Foundation will be hosting its fifth mental well-being event with an afternoon of TedX-style talks (in English) focusing on mental well-being awareness in our community.

We will have Pierre Veniot (a musician, composer, music teacher), Xiaolin (producer, DJ, multi-instrumentalist) sharing their stories of how they coped with the years of Covid restrictions. The final talk will be by Nadine, from the International School of Mindfulness.

After the talks, there will be a networking session.

This event allows our community to reconnect and foster a sense of belonging.

2023 年 2 月 26 日， Musicians Foundation 將會再度舉辦他們的第五次Mental Lifeline (心理健康) 活動，以 TedX 式英語演講重點關注我們音樂人社區的心理健康。該活動使我們重新聯繫一眾音樂演藝人士，並培養他們對本地音樂界的歸屬感。

我們將邀請音樂家、作曲家及音樂教師 Pierre Veniot 、製作人、DJ及多重樂器演奏家 Xiaolin 分享他們如何應對過去三年受疫情限制下的故事。而最後的演講，將由來自國際正念學校的 Nadine 主講。大會將會於最後舉行網絡會議完結是次活動。
