Lifeline Mental Health Livefest #4 (Lifeline 心理健康 Livefest #4)

On 15th January 2023, Musicians Foundation will be conducting an afternoon of TedX-style talks (in English) focusing on mental well-being awareness in our community.

We will have Craig Lopez (a DJ, Producer and Label Owner) and Johnny Lau (Singer and Entertainer) sharing their stories of their mental well-being during the years of Covid restrictions here in Hong Kong.

Linda Moana who is a Love, Sexuality and Relationship Coach will talk about self-care and lead a Healing Sounds Taoist practice.

After the talks, there will be a networking session and a song performance by Johnny Lau.

This event gives our community the ability to reconnect and foster a sense of belonging.

會談結束後，將舉行交流會和 Johnny Lau的歌曲表演。

此活動著眼於鼓勵社區聯繫和培養歸屬感。
