Jokerz x TakeOut Comedy Presents: Comedy at The Blue Girl Dai Pai Dong

Did you miss us? Jokerz is back after a long hiatus, and we're bringing the laughs to somewhere pretty special. On the 21st of December, we’re teaming up with TakeOut Comedy and taking over the incredible Blue Girl Dai Pai Dong at AIA Carnival for a night that could only happen in Hong Kong.

Picture this: You're sitting in a neon-lit Dai Pai Dong in the heart of the Carnival, cold Blue Girl in hand, while Hong Kong's best comedians take the stage. The iconic Harbor skyline sparkles behind you, and all around, the iconic AIA Carnival buzzes with energy. This is comedy done in a way that only Hong Kong can do.

The Lineup

We’ve assembled a killer lineup of Hong Kong’s finest comedians for a truly unmissable evening of comedy.

Kate Hu - The former trading floor quant who traded spreadsheets for spotlights. Kate's comedy dives into everything from fintech to finding yourself, all with the precision you'd expect from someone who used to calculate risk for a living.

Ben Quinlan - If you know Hong Kong comedy, you know Ben. From Comedy Central's Stand-Up Asia to selling out twelve straight shows in Hong Kong, Ben's mix of local insights and international humour has made him one of Asia's most in-demand headliners.

Ashley James - The Londoner who moved to Hong Kong for "a desk job with a better view" and became one of the city's most memorable voices. He is known for his sold-out shows and being the guy behind all the Chaotic Hong Kong Expats memes.

Muk V - Three university degrees, six countries, and countless misadventures later, Muk has mastered finding humour in life's strange turns. His real-life stories of misfortune never fail to make a fortune smile on our audiences.

Sathish Kumar - Bringing his electric energy from India to Hong Kong, Sathish turns everyday observations into comedy gold. From dim sum discoveries to cultural quirks, his takes on life in Hong Kong will have you nodding and laughing in equal measure.

Tamby Chan - Tamby Chan is one of Hong Kong's most accomplished comedians. Winner of the Magners International Comedy Competition Bangkok and a finalist in Laugh Factory's "Funniest Person in the World Contest," his precise writing and deadpan delivery have made him a popular headliner across Asia.

Steve Lee - Refreshingly original, Steve tackles everything from living with disabilities to cultural identity with disarming honesty and wit. His comedy reminds us we're all perfectly imperfect, and that's precisely what makes life interesting.
