Date: January 12, 19, 25, and February 15, 2025 (4 sessions only)

Time*: 5:30 PM - 7:00 PM

Location: AIA Lounge

Capacity: 4 ticket limit per person each session for themselves and family/friends

Fee: Free of charge

Equipment: Participants are encouraged to bring their own camera-equipped mobile phone or single-lens reflex cameras

Highlights:

• Learn professional light painting techniques from Kelvin

• Create unique light painting using light bulbs as brushes against the carnival's night sky

• Take home your personal instant photo creation, capturing the special moment!

Notes:

2. All Workshop slots are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please register early to secure your spot. Online registration closes 15 minutes before each Workshop begins ("Cutoff Time"), based on Hong Kong time and AIA International Limited (acting through its Hong Kong branch)’s (“AIA”) records.

3. The Workshops are exclusively for selected persons as determined by AIA at its sole discretion. Such persons must meet the following criteria and register for the Workshop through the designated link before the Cutoff Time to be considered successfully registered as eligible participants ("Eligible Participants"):
a. Existing customers who have received registration invitations via email from AIA (Data as of December 17, 2024); or

b. Visitors who hold valid AIA Carnival admission tickets for AIA Rethink Healthy Zone access on the day.

4. After clicking "Register Now", Eligible Participants will be redirected to the designated third-party ticketing system (Zicket) to provide personal information for the registration process. With your written consent, the personal data may be used for direct marketing purposes. For more details on AIA and Zicket's policy for the use of personal data for direct marketing purposes, please refer to the AIA Personal Data Collection Statement and Zicket Privacy Policy.

5. Each Workshop ticket is free of charge. Each ticket admits one person and can be used as a same-day AIA Carnival admission ticket (tokens not included). Please present the Workshop registration confirmation email and/or QR Code on the ticket to the on-site staff for check-in.

6. Please note that photos and videos taken during the Workshop may be used by AIA for promotional purposes.
